Summer Associate Jennifer Swirsky’s recent article placed in the Top 15 in this year’s GRAMMY Foundation® Entertainment Law Initiative (ELI) Writing Contest. In its eleventh year, ELI is designed to forge a connection between the Recording Academy’s creative and technical constituency and the legal community. ELI promotes discussion and debate on the most compelling legal issues facing the music industry today. Tuesday, August 4th, 2009Congratulations to Michael I. Santucci on his selection to the Super Lawyers Florida Rising Stars 2009 list. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less. While up to 5 percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
