Allison M. Sinclair, Esq. focuses primarily on civil litigation and intellectual property matters. Ms. Sinclair graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida. She received her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she was an Editorial Board member of the esteemed ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law. Ms. Sinclair was also a finalist of the 2008 Broward County Women Lawyer's Association Rising Star Award, and was the recipient of the 2009 Nova Law Bar Scholarship. Originally from Central Florida, Ms. Sinclair is a member of Emerge Broward, The Young Lawyer Division and the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Section of The Florida Bar, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Art & Culture Center of Hollywood, Florida. Ms. Sinclair is licensed to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
