Daniel Devine, Esq. concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of intellectual property, civil litigation, appeals and bankruptcy.  Mr. Devine graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from the University of Florida.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the Nova Law Review and Moot Court Society.
